Kate Kornucik at Clearwater Marathon Festival
Kate Kornucik delivered an outstanding performance at the Clearwater Marathon Running Festival in Clearwater, Florida, competing in the 50K ultra marathon—a grueling 31-mile race. Kornucik finished as the first female ultra marathoner with an impressive time of 4 hours and 25 minutes, placing fourth overall among all competitors.
She traveled to the event with her running friend, Amanda, who took on the full marathon on Sunday. Adding to an already demanding weekend, both runners also competed in the 5K race on Saturday, making it a true celebration of endurance, grit, and friendship.
